python-hdate software package provides Provides a library that help use hebrew dates (python bindings), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-hdate
python-hdate is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-hdate package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-hdate *
You will get with python-hdate package name, version, architecture and description in a table
